We are helping a Leicestershire-based veterinary practice and land owner expand their veterinary offering through exploring with the parish council and local authority the potential of providing a new animal hospital with residential enabling development as an extension to an existing market town.

Working with planning consultants Tetlow King, we have explored the housing need in the area, the planning context, potential highways connections and ecological constraints to begin to establish a potential developable area.  This is enabling discussion with local groups, councillors and planning officers to ascertain the challenges, benefits and opportunities of a development of this type on this side of the town.
